A Gifted Man 第一季第一集 Pilot (雖然劇中有那位妻子鬼魂但我不想叫這部是靈妻好難聽)

簡介:
故事描述一名外科醫生死去的妻子以一種”顯靈”的方式回歸
幫助他修正過去的錯誤並領悟生活的真諦

Michael Holt（Patrick Wilson）是一名外科醫生
他的病人非富即貴他也因此躋身上流社會過著燈紅酒綠的奢華生活
但這種生活卻因為妻子Anna（Jennifer Ehle）的突然過世而改變了他的後半生

Anna是個理想主義者在一家提供免費醫療服務的社區診所裡任職
和喜歡在上流社會打滾丈夫相比 Anna更喜歡幫助社會邊緣及弱勢族群

Anna的死對Michael打擊很大一直無法振作起來

突然的… Anna”回來”了！
Michael和他的妹妹Christina（Julie Benz）對此又驚又喜
不管Anna是”鬼魂”還是”幻想”
有她在的時候Michael是個”更好”的人 (至少Christina是這麼想的)
事實也的確如此
在Michael的助理Rita（Margo Martindale）看來老闆最近簡直像變了個樣子

Anna請求Michael接管她生前的診所將她一生的心血延續下去
診所目前由志工Autumn（Afton Williamson）打理
當Michael親眼見到那些社會邊緣及弱勢族群的人他有了新的想法
Anna的”存在”也給了他足夠的理由來改變自己
