BioWare, TOR Books and author David Gaider are pleased to announce the next novel set in the world of Dragon Age, Dragon Age: Asunder. 　　目前已知Origins的夥伴角色：溫妮（Wynne）與謝爾／頁岩（Shale）會登場（這可以視作一種預設？）。

/ W: c# s: K' [. i/ B% D+ B　　主人公是里斯（Rhys），溫妮從小就分離的兒子。他似乎是因為身為法師血親，在很小的時候，還未發覺出魔法天賦之前就已經被送進Orlesian Circle，不過一如預料，他也確實同樣具有魔法天賦。

　　他在這部作品中被當成謀殺案的無辜被害者，為了尋找真相而踏上旅途。

　　Rhys翻作奇斯是因為Chris Priestly說Rhys的威爾斯讀音「Riss」是類似英語的「kiss」讀法，這類似其母Wynne的讀法為「win」（不過我們已經習慣現在的讀法了）。David Gaider仍然決定用一般北美的讀法「Reece」，他自己是推測這可能會在年底推出。

I wrote Shale when I was stuck in a corner office that overlooked a landing that was full of dirty, disgusting pigeons every single day. There was hourly pigeon sex on the heat exchange unit right outside my window. Shale comes by her hatred honestly.

• Wynne: That's true. I never have been.
• Alistair: I... oh. Then this wasn't... before you joined the circle?
• Wynne: I joined the Circle at the age of nine. So, no. Do you still like me?

• Wynne: Good. It appears you got away from the Chantry just in time.

• Wynne: It's all right. It was a long time ago. A very long time ago.
• Alistair: Couldn't you do something about it?
• Wynne: Do what? I was weak from the birthing process and there were... no, there was nothing I could do.
• Alistair: Do you think about him?
